1. Who controls the data
The data controller for AI Voice Keyboard is Zbigniew Gwiazda, an individual developer in Denmark operating under the Senervo Systems brand.

2. How dictation works
The microphone is used only after the dictation button is pressed. Audio is processed by the speech-recognition service configured on the Android device. Depending on the device and its settings, processing may occur locally or on that provider’s servers.
The resulting transcript is sent over HTTPS through the AI Voice Keyboard server to OpenAI to prepare or refine the text. The application server does not persist the recording, transcript or generated message in its database, application logs or analytics. Content is processed transiently to fulfil the request.
Requests to OpenAI use store: false. This disables Responses API application-state storage, but OpenAI’s standard abuse-monitoring logs may retain API content for up to 30 days unless a different retention arrangement is approved.
3. Other data we process
- Account and sign-in data, such as email address, sign-in provider, a random account identifier and secure session data.
- A random installation identifier, device model and entitlement status for account security and abuse prevention.
- Request counts, character counts, date, response time, operation type and error type without the content of the message.
- Connection or security data when required by the hosting provider to protect the service.
4. Service providers
Processing may involve OpenAI for AI text generation, Google for account sign-in and Google Play distribution, the speech-recognition provider selected on the device, and CAL.pl for hosting this website. A payment provider may be involved only if paid services are introduced. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices.
5. Retention
- Dictation content on our application server: only for the duration of the request.
- Short-term rate-limit events: approximately two minutes.
- Aggregated daily usage counters: up to 400 days.
- Account, device and entitlement data: until account deletion or the end of a justified claims period.
- Website hosting: CAL.pl states that website-file backups are made every 24 hours and retained for 21 days. Server and security logs may be retained according to the provider’s service and legal requirements.
6. User choices and rights
Microphone permission can be withdrawn in Android settings, but dictation will then stop working. Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or complain to the competent data-protection authority. Requests can be sent to privacy@senervo.com.
7. Security and safe use
The service uses HTTPS, short-lived signed sessions, encrypted Android token storage, usage limits and content-free application logs. Users should not dictate passwords, card details, trade secrets or other highly sensitive information. AI-generated text should be reviewed before it is sent.
